After studying classical cuisine and techniques, Sebastian truly honed his skills while exploring the world. It was during his travels to Istanbul, Budapest, Florence, and Palavas-les-Flots that he began to understand that food should be simple, fresh, and delicious.
Sebastian has previously worked at fine dining restaurants such as Pacific Rim, Radius10, Capitol Grille at the Hermitage Hotel, and the Opryland Hotel & Convention Center in Nashville. Through these experiences, he not only continued to develop his skills, but his own style of cooking using fresh, local, and sustainably-sourced ingredients.
As he learned from his grandmother, Sebastian believes food doesn't have to be complicated. It should be beautiful and above all else, taste amazing.
Rachel brings a wealth of experience to Element Park City, combining her background in luxury sales and property management with a passion for hospitality. With years of experience working for a luxury property manager specializing in high-end vacation rentals, she developed a deep understanding of coordinating high-end stays.
Rachel works closely with partners to ensure that each client or guest’s Element experience is seamlessly integrated, enhancing value perception and fostering long-term loyalty. At Element, she handles everything from sales to logistics, ensuring each event reflects the company’s commitment to quality and warmth.
Known for her ability to build strong client relationships and craft personalized events, Rachel has helped make Element Park City a trusted choice for private dining, corporate events, wedding receptions, family reunions and special events. Alongside her husband, Sebastian, Rachel’s vision for Element Park City is a brand that creates lasting memories for both locals and visitors alike.
